Transaction ID Empty Transaction ID

I activated my credit card number in my alertpay account,and want to buy premium but can't do it becouse there is I must have some transaction ID.What is the transaction ID?How I can get that?

ypu can get your transaction ID from alertpay itself...all you got to do is go to your promfile and go then to password or tin then i guess you have to make one first then you can already transayct with alertpay all the time....this transaction id is required all the time you make any purchase so you better remember it...
