Can I upgrade without enough funds in my PayPal account?

Hey guys, I wanted to upgrade today but I haven't got enough funds in my PayPal account to do so. I just wanted to find out if it was still possible to purchase an upgrade without having to transfer money from my bank account to my PayPal account. I've got the money in my bank account but I didn't want to wait for the 7 days it takes to transfer money to my PayPal account.

So is it possible? Will PayPal request a direct debit from my bank account to cover the upgrade cost or will I get charged for carrying out a transaction with insufficient PayPal funds?

Help me out only if you've done this before and know how it works.

They will charge your debit card with the amount that you paid
for if you do not have enough balance in your paypal account.
Just click on the 2nd part of payment process.
