Referral rental

I was checking this 1 site out, dont want to mention it here, but everyone probably knows about it. Anyways, they were mention the possibility of renting referrals. They were talking like .20 cents per referral per month. I can get the other details. It was just a thought worth mentioning. Maybe some people cant afford to purchase referrals and this would give them a chance to have a downline.
