keep getting emails to activate my account

Hello,
I keep getting emails from noreplay@adstab.com asking me to activate my account. It has a link it asks me to click on. I already have an account. I clicked on it once and I keep getting these emails with different activation numbers. Im scared someones trying to hack my account or something. Like i said,i already clicked once. Are these emails real and is there a way i can safeguard my account. Thank you!
